Warranty Information

CarVest Limited Warranty

CarVested, LLC agrees to provide a one-year limited warranty on all materials and labor.  If the product cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement. We do not provide refunds.

To be eligible for repair or replacement, your item must be in usable condition, and damage is inherent to the material or manufacturing process.  

To complete your return, please send your receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged item to [email protected]. Once approved for return (to repair or replace), we will notify you and follow-up for your physical address. Do not send your purchase back to the retailer, if purchased at an online location other than www.carvested.com.

Once Received

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and provide an expected timeframe for returning your CarVest back to you. We will also notify you if repairable or if the item requires exchange.

Exhanges

We only replace items if they are defective beyond repair. 

Shipping Returns

To return your product, just email CarVested, LLC and the return address will be provided. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  However, we will provide you a gift card equal to or just above the value of shipping. We also suggest using a tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost items, but we will notify you once received.  Also, shipping time will vary based on your location.
